The entire surface of the Earth is exposed to radiation, but the radiation is distributed unevenly. Nevertheless, there is no reason to be afraid of flights or trips to areas with an increased natural background (the doses received are very small, so even pilots and climbers cannot receive a dose of radiation that is dangerous to health).
