• legislative and regulatory legal acts, labor legislation;

• rules of stay of foreign citizens by invitations of legal entities to work under contracts;

• structure and staff of the enterprise, its profile, specialization and development prospects; the procedure for determining the prospective and current needs for personnel;

• sources of provision enterprises with personnel;

• procedures of carrying out certification and qualification tests;

• fundamentals of labor organization and management;

• rules and regulations of labor protection;

• execution, maintenance and storage of documentation related to personnel and their movement;

• formation and maintenance of a data bank of the company's personnel;

• preparation of personnel reporting;

• Knowledge of the Uzbek and Russian languages perfectly, English at an intermediate level, free use of a PC (Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook), skills in working with office equipment.
