• legislative acts regulating the production, economic and financial activities of the enterprise;

• civil, labor, financial, administrative, tax law, international law: public and private;

• environmental legislation;

• claim activity;

• fundamentals of economics, labor organization, production and management;

• rules and regulations of labor protection;

• conclusion and execution of business contracts, collective agreements;

• systematization, accounting and maintenance of legal documentation using modern information technologies.

• Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages perfectly, English at an intermediate level;

• Free use of a PC (Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook), skills in working with office equipment.
