Experience:

at least 5 years in large construction / manufacturing companies, of which at least 3 years in management positions

Skills:

• estimate case within the framework of the regulatory base of the Republic of Uzbekistan (RF is welcomed);

• the basics of pricing for the construction of large industrial facilities (including foreign experience);

• norms, rules, standards and recommendations governing estimated pricing activities;

• the procedure for the development of regulatory documents for the design and construction of facilities;

• state standards, building codes and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation;

• international standards of the ISO IEC series;

• IAEA Norms, Regulations and Recommendations;

• standards, specifications for building materials, parts, structures;

• industrial and fire safety standards, labor protection;

• specialized software;

• preparation of design and construction regulations, development of estimate documentation for the construction of large industrial facilities;

• checking local estimates for general construction and special construction work (sections heating, ventilation, heat supply, external and internal networks, electrical work, installation of equipment, etc.);

• management of the department;

• Knowledge of the Uzbek and Russian languages perfectly, English at an intermediate level, free use of a PC (Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, knowledge of AutoCAD and CorelDRAW, Oracle Primavera, as well as other software in the field of design and project management will be an advantage), work skills with office equipment.
