Background information about the head of the Directorate

Amanov Otabek Tulkinovich was born on August 17, 1973 in the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya region. In 1995 he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in “Production of building products and structures”. In 2002 he received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
